Where is ONE | GT located?
ONE | GT is located behind Bayshore Mall on Goring Avenue, in the heart of Cayman’s capital George Town, overlooking the harbour and the waterfront. See more about the ONE | GT location.
What kind of amenities will ONE | GT have?
ONE | GT residents will enjoy a wide range of on-site resort amenities which include; a piazza cafe, signature restaurant, rooftop bar with an infinity-edge pool, residence pool, rooftop lounge space, library and meeting facilities, gym, spa services, concierge, valet services, and much more!
Who are the developers and builders of ONE | GT?
ONE | GT is being built by the development team of Harbour Walk at Grand Harbour. Our primary contractor is LG Contracting Ltd. who is a well-established contractor responsible for various multi-story buildings on the islands for both residential and commercial use. See more about our partners.
How big is ONE | GT?
ONE | GT will be an 11-storey structure, rising 144 ft above sea level, and totalling over 280,000 sq.ft.
How many hotel versus residence rooms?
ONE | GT Hotel & Residence consists of 177 suites, 55 of which are hotel units and 122 are residences.
Are pets allowed?
ONE | GT is a pet friendly hotel and residence. Certain restrictions may apply.
Does ONE | GT have a pool?
ONE | GT will have two pools. The rooftop infinity pool (on the 11th floor) is about 66 ft long by 14 ft. The residence pool on the 3rd floor is 50 x 25 ft.
Does ONE | GT have a rental program? How will it work?
ONE | GT owners will have the opportunity to put their unit in the hotel rental pool or rent it out themselves on a short, mid and long-term basis. The minimum required period for short-term rental is 2 weeks. Stay tuned for more details on the hotel rental pool program.
Will ONE | GT have enough parking?
ONE | GT will have on-site parking facilities, which includes 80 spaces split across 3 levels of covered and underground parking, and additional parking spaces in the adjacent lot.
What will the strata fees be?
Strata fees are estimated to be between CI$13 -15 per square foot per annum.
Will the units be furnished?
No - the units do not come furnished, however, ONE | GT does offer furniture packages to purchase.
Are there any regulations regarding the use of my property?
Yes. The control, management, administration and use of ONE | GT will be determined from time to time by the developer or its successors.
Are purchasers able to reassign their unit?
Reassignment is permitted with the developer’s consent, the only stipulation being it should take place a minimum of 24 months after groundbreaking (June 2022). There will be a nominal fee to cover the cost of processing the reassignment paperwork.
When is the expected completion date?
The projected completion with transfer and occupancy is expected for the first quarter of 2025.
