The construction team at ONE | GT is pleased to report significant progress on the project. The building structure has been finalised, and the interior walls have been completed. All windows and doors have been successfully installed. Final finishes, including vanities, plumbing fixtures, and electrical fixtures are nearing completion for levels 3–5 and will be finalised in the coming weeks. Finishing works on levels 6–10 will continue throughout the first quarter of the new year.

Public spaces are progressing rapidly with elevator works well underway, and drywall installation scheduled for completion in Q1 2025. On the exterior, finishes to the East elevation of the building are nearing completion, while work on the South elevation is ongoing. The North and West elevations will follow shortly after. The final phases of the rooftop pool completion are set to commence in January 2025. Meanwhile, civil works on the surrounding property, including car parks, paseos, and hardscaping are advancing in parallel with the exterior finishes.
