If you have passed by the ONE | GT site on Goring Avenue in recent weeks, you will have noticed construction is moving at pace. Some 1,700 cubic yards of concrete were cast in December and a further 1,500-2,000 cubic yards will have been poured this month as we see the completion of the foundation raft slab and construction of the basement walls and columns well underway, bringing the development one step closer to going vertical.
