Schedule of Stage Payments

The Purchaser shall pay the Purchase Price to the Vendor as follows:

• 10% of the Purchase Price to be paid upon signing Sales Agreement.

• 10% of the Purchase Price Fourteen(14) days after written notification from the Vendor, accompanied by a certificate from the Seller’s architect that construction has commenced.

• 15% of the Purchase Price Fourteen( 14) days after written notification from the Vendor, accompanied by a certificate from the Seller’s architect that the second-floor slab has been completed.

• 10% of the Purchase Price Fourteen(14) days after written notification from the Vendor, accompanied by a certificate from the Seller’s architect that the fifth-floor slab has been completed.

• 20% of the Purchase Price Fourteen(14) days after written notification from the Vendor, accompanied by a certificate from the Seller’s architect that the roof slab has been completed.

• 15% of the Purchase Price Fourteen(14) days after written notification from the Vendor, accompanied by a certificate from the Seller’s architect that the interior walls have been completed.

• 20% of the Purchase Price, the final balance, shall be payable within Fourteen (14) days after written notification from the Vendor that the Certificate of Occupancy from the Cayman Islands Planning Department has been received.
